Running for charity

We want to thank everyone who is running a charity event on our behalf, and wish them all the very best:

Ben Hunter is running the London Marathon on Sunday 21 April, raising money for Pets As Therapy. Ben’s partner Katie is a PAT Volunteer and every Friday attends their local school with Colin the dog. Ben says, "Knowing how much the school and students appreciate Colin, I would like to support where I can."

Good luck too, to Michaela Wynn who has signed up for the Great Manchester Run, a half marathon taking place on Sunday 26 May. "I thought it’d be a great way to raise some money for a charity and also to keep me motivated knowing that it will be going to a fantastic cause."

If you’re planning a running challenge, or taking part in any other fundraising activity, please get in touch. We can help to publicise the event and provide you with a branded T-shirt or running vest. For more information on how you can easily create a fundraising page, visit our Fundraising Page. Here you’ll also find a Fundraising Guide and a Planner with easy ways you can support Pets As Therapy all-year round.
