Westminster Business School students raise money for Pets As Therapy

We were thrilled when we received a lovely email telling us that students wanted to raise funds for Pets As Therapy.

Under the guidance of their module leader, Supin Hussain, the group chose us as their charity partner for their 2nd-year project, Entrepreneurial Practice.

Leyla Ishbaeva, on behalf of the students involved, explained: "We are deeply inspired by the incredible work your organisation does in enhancing health and wellbeing in the community through the companionship of pets. The positive impact your programs have on a wide array of individuals, including those in hospitals, schools, and care homes, resonates with our values and aspirations.

"The event aims to not only raise funds but also to increase awareness of the remarkable benefits that pets bring to therapy and human lives. We believe that partnering with Pets As Therapy will significantly enhance the reach and success of our event, benefiting both your charity and the people it supports."

The project included creating a fundraising page, as well as a fun Instagram account (@pawzzforacauzz), to promote the event and the cause.

We are really proud of everyone's efforts and delighted that nearly £300 was raised. Thank you for your support.
