Pupils and teachers love PAT Dog Pip

Pip, a five-year-old black Labrador Retriever, and his owner, PAT Volunteer Jo, had a great visit at the George Abbot School in Guildford this week. Visiting as part of our Read2Dogs scheme, the PAT Team were a big hit, and not just with the children – school staff couldn't resist popping in for a dog cuddle too!

The time just whizzed by as some of the children read to Pip – any nerves just disappeared from the youngsters. Oh, the wonders of doggy power! Everyone at the end of the session was given an 'I Love Pets As Therapy' sticker.
