PAT Dog Olaf will be at Cheltenham Literature Festival on 15 Oct
Pets As Therapy Volunteer Rachel Flower and Mr Olaf will be attending the UK's longest-running literature festival in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, on Sunday 15 October.
From 12noon to 12:30pm they will be sharing Olaf’s work as a Pets As Therapy Dog and showcasing his interactive, wellbeing colouring scrapbook "Tails or Mr Olaf" as well as his new book "Team Olaf to the Rescue".
(order your copy HERE)
The new book is an adorable story of Olaf’s classroom adventures, particularly when Christmas celebrations are at risk due to a kitchen breakdown. Happily, Olaf and his band of merry canine friends manage to save the day and give the children a party they will never forget.
The book includes activities and uses Makaton sign language symbols to make it accessible to a wide range of readers.
Rachel and Olaf are part of a group of stimulating talks being held in the Cheltenham Festival's Huddle, in the Feast Cafe. There will, of course, be an opportunity to meet Olaf afterwards.
