Your MyPAT account will become your one-stop shop for everything PAT related, including:
- Keeping track of every PAT visit
- Finding new places to visit
- Paying your annual contribution
- Finding useful policies, guidelines and other documents
- And much more!
From 9 December, PAT Volunteers can log in to their new MyPAT account.
We are asking that volunteers log all regular PAT visits on their MyPAT account, which you can do in 3 easy steps:
1. Log in to MyPAT and click 'log a visit' on the homepage.
2. Select the placement, then add the date, time and beneficiary numbers.
3. Click submit.
It really is that easy and once you get into the habit of logging in to MyPAT after every visit, you'll soon see just how many people adore your pet too!
Take a look at our videos below to find out more, and download our help sheets too.

Logging every PAT visit is important as it helps us to:
- Keep a record of the number of people who get to meet your amazing pet.
- Add up the number of beneficiaries who spend time with all our dogs and cats.
- Have accurate figures of the impact of our PAT visits – these are vitial when we apply for grants and funding.
- Assist quickly if you report any incident while on a PAT visit.
